Join us for a special author event featuring local author, farmer, and owner of Sankofa Farms, Kamal Bell. In his new book, Akeem Keeps Bees, the author shares the basics of beekeeping with young readers over the course of a year on the real-life apiary of Sankofa Farms. At the event, you can buzz on over to the Orange County Beekeepers Association table to learn even more about bees! Books will be for sale at the event from Flyleaf Books.
