Event Details

We know you like to make your garden produce last all year! Get ready for the fall season with our Best Home Canning Methods learning session presented by Ivelisse Colón, LDN with Orange County NC Cooperative Extension. This workshop will equip you with the knowledge and skills to prepare home canned foods using the best and safest methods, ensuring delicious and preserved goodness for months to come.

Time permitting, Ivelisse will also check dial gauges.  Feel free to bring your canner lid with its rubber gasket (if it has one).
