Event Details

There are so many senior housing options available—where do you start? Are all 55+ communities the same? What's the difference between a Continuing Care Community and an Independent Living rental community? Join us to discuss different senior housing options, as well as contracts, wait times and tools for planning ahead. If you've chosen your housing and are planning your move, we'll give you tips for downsizing and preparing your house for the market. Michelle has a Master of Healthcare Administration from UNC and has over 20 years of senior living experience.
