Witnesses to Wild Beauty: A Nature & Gratitude Journaling Workshop

Celebrate the New Year with a 2-hour nature and gratitude journaling session with writer and certified interpretive guide Margot Lester. You don’t need to be a writer, artist or naturalist to join us. Our session is all about deepening our connection to nature, practicing mindfulness and gratitude, and identifying ways to show appreciation. Activities include sense-sharpening, prompted and free writing and opportunities for sharing. We also review some books to inspire and strengthen your connection to nature. Bring a water and your own writing utensils and journal. Weather permitting, we may venture outside for some activities, so dress in layers and wear comfortable walking shoes.
